I don't know if I am hip enough to be here.
Took my two teen stepdaughters for lunch during an aquarium trip and they phrased it perfectly
10 stars for ambiance and coolness and location
3 stars for food vs price. It was good but ... just good -

To get to Two Ten Jack, there's a sign that leads you down a stairwell as the restaurant is below ground. Me and my friend were greeted by a hostess that asked if we had a reservation (Saturday night) which we did not, so they told us it would either be a 2 hr wait or we could sit at the bar. We proceed to the bar and look around to several empty tables behind us. We then check on our phones to see reservation slots available. We arrived at 6:15 and there was a slot open at 6:30 so I'm not sure why there would be a 2 hr wait.
Food: I got the paitan ramen and it was a bit salty with very little meat. I also tried the tantan clams and it wasn't all that great, the broth was a bit tart for my taste.
Atmosphere: the ambiance was really nice. it gave off a more hipster vibe.
Overall impression: place and atmosphere looks and feels very nice, but the food wasn't anything I'd come back for. -

Visited this place while in Chattanooga for a work trip & WOW- I'm sure glad I did! The spicy crab garlic noodles were out of this world. I'm not usually one to eat a heavy bowl of carbs, but this was so worth it. The noodles are tossed in a heavenly garlic butter sauce with bits of crab meat intertwined. This was probably the best crab noodle dish that I've had at a restaurant by far. If you're feeling adventurous, order a bowl of fresh edamame beforehand. You won't leave hungry- I promise!

Hands down the best restaurant in Chattanooga. Please do yourself a favor and go here. The sushi, the small plates, the ramen, the skewers and the drinks are done to the 9s- OH AND THE COOL ATMOSPHERE!! It's located in the bottom of Warehouse row. It has a unique atrium which sets the vibe perfectly. I've recommended it to everyone I know here. Service was fantastic as well.

We LOVED this place! We started with the poke and then each had a different ramen. We could not have been happier and will most definitely be back!
